all is LOVE

i just saw where the wild things are yesterday on HBO.

yes, i'm late at watching it, i know. i wasn't much of a movie goer until recently.

back to where the wild things are. i was flipping through my favourite channels on our satellite tv. it's frustrating to find (too much) re-runs of episodes on a sunday evening. seriously (don't you all think so?). so i flipped to the home box office channel and where the wild things are was on. my husband didn't want to watch it at first. but i insisted.

and we loved it. it's really something different. i wasn't pregnant at the time of watching, so it's okay to watch the wild things (grinning). plus, max records who played max is adorable. really. i would want my (unborn) son to be like him, (adorable and cuddly but definitely not the boy who throws tantrums and runs away from home.)

if you haven't watch this yet, look up for the showtimes in the tv guide. i will too, and will update. but if you have, tell me did you get goosebumps like i did? i almost cried when max was leaving the wild things, but i managed to hold back. (lately, i get all emotional when i watch anything on tv, i wonder if this is a good thing, or is it my (motherly) instinct showing? )

i mean, look at him here, is this max records not adorable?

he reminded me of a young edward furlong but jay didn't think so.

and they've got good soundtracks too. but first, here's the trailer.

and now, my favourite soundtrack, all is love by karen o and the kids.

one, two, ready, go!
